工作職責 Support the Head of Pharmacy Management to drive the strategy development and deployment, innovation and best practices sharing of Pharmacy team Conduct market analysis and create business winning process and service proposals. Assist Head of Pharmacy Management in the decision making Develop the operation model that continuously drive the effectiveness and efficiency of Pharmacy Management Lead the process streamlining and the investment optimisation to achieve operational excellence Support the establishment of a high-performing culture and engaging work environment Manage communications to internal and external stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment. Support head of pharmacy management to initiate and implement other ad-hoc projects 任職要求 Proven record in strategy design and deployment Excellent analytical and problem solving capabilities, result oriented and able to work under pressure. Gain a holistic view of market access, particularly distribution management and retail management Solid experience in project management Proven ability to work with colleagues at all levels of the organisation Proven record of full cycle project management skills Bachelor's degree or above. MBA preferred. Specialisation in Medical/Pharmaceutics/ Business preferred.
